Alila Kothaifaru Maldives celebrates “Easter by the Tides”

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has announced its Easter programme, titled “Easter by the Tides”, which focuses on seasonal activities inspired by nature, wellness, and family engagement.

The programme includes a range of experiences centred on the island environment. Guests may take part in wellness sessions such as Tai Chi breathing and morning yoga, as well as marine-based activities including coral planting and guided snorkelling.

Family-oriented activities are also part of the schedule, including Easter-themed events such as a snorkelling egg hunt in the lagoon. These activities are designed to incorporate traditional elements of the holiday within the island setting.

Culinary offerings will form a key component of the programme, with themed dining experiences and dessert presentations by Swiss pastry chef Rolf Mürner. Guests will have the opportunity to observe aspects of his chocolate-making process alongside the dining events.

According to Thomas Weber, General Manager of the resort, the programme has been developed to reflect themes of renewal and connection in line with the Easter period. Executive Chef Frank Wackerhagen noted that the culinary elements aim to highlight seasonal themes through a range of dishes and presentations.

Dining experiences across the resort will include a range of options, including a Boat-to-Table barbecue at Seasalt restaurant.

The Easter programme combines wellness, dining, and recreational activities, forming part of the resort’s broader seasonal offering.
